?I am not a tradition person,? designer Michael Kors told us of his holiday plans. ?I?m a hot weather boy. I went to the Turks and Caicos and Key West for Thanksgiving and [I'll be in] Australia for Christmas. My best holidays are always barefoot in the sand.?

While that sounds lovely, most New York-based designers will be staying closer to home this week. StyleList consulted some of our favorite frock stars to ask about their Christmas plans.

Calvin Klein?s Brazilian-born creative director, Francisco Costa, actually relishes the cold weather. ?Shoveling the snow, hopefully,? he told us of how he intends to spend the day. ?We?re in Long Island. Usually we have the major phone call with my family because my family?s not here. It?s a festive moment because we?re all together. It?s fun, we cook.?

?We?re always together Christmas eve,? mother-of-three Tory Burch told us. ?We always make a big ham and a turkey and I do love pumpkin souffl
